- 8 oz orecchiette pasta
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Prep and Season:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place cherry tomatoes in an oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss in minced garlic, oregano, and lemon zest, stirring to coat the tomatoes evenly.
