  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing (divided; substitute ranch if preferred)

  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

To Garnish:

  • Chives or green onions
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats for a crispier crust.
  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing. Allow the chicken to marinate while you prep the other ingredients.
  1. Prepare the Dough:
  • Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or stone. Spread the pizza dough evenly over the surface. Use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent bubbling during baking.
  1. Assemble the Pizza:
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle most of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Add the marinated chicken, red onions, and banana pepper rings.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
