- 4 tablespoons miso paste
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 cups shelled edamame
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (or other fresh herbs of your choice)
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes, cut in half
- 2 (85 g) packages ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
Instructions
- Layer the Base:
In each 1-liter mason jar, add 1 tablespoon of miso paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of chili garlic sauce at the bottom. - Add the Edamame:
Next, divide 1/2 cup of shelled edamame evenly between the jars. - Distribute the Vegetables:
Evenly distribute the shredded carrot, thinly sliced red pepper, red cabbage, and sliced green onions among the jars. - Top with Bouillon and Noodles:
